Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Mrs. Ruby Gipson Glasner, age 91 of Winchester. Mrs. Glasner passed from this life on Tuesday, January 28th, 2020 at her residence. She was born on February 8, 1928 to the late Charlie and Lou Coker Gipson in Winchester, Tennessee. She was a dedicated homemaker and loved working in her garden, flowers, “mini farm” and being outdoors. Mrs. Glasner is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Walter Glasner; three sons, Eddie, Denny, and Robby Glasner; two brothers, Andrew Gipson and Duney Gipson; two sisters, Inez Champion and Ruth Archey. She is survived by her three granddaughters, Tina Luttrell of Estill Springs, Valerie Glasner of Winchester, and Crystal (Benji) Gold of Tullahoma; three grandsons, Michael (Dana) Glasner of Estill Springs, Rodney (Angela) Glasner of Winchester, and Jason Glasner of Estill Springs; 11 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild; sister, Sally Perry of Estill Springs; and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 1st, 2020 from 11:00 am-2:00 pm at Watson-North Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00pm. with Minister Tim Totty and Pastor Don of New Creation Church officiating. Interment will follow at Winchester Memorial Cemetery with Benji Gold, Michael Glasner, Jason Glasner, Rodney Glasner, and Ryan Glasner serving as pallbearers.
