Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Larry Wayne Sutton, age 64 of Winchester. Mr. Sutton passed from this life on Sunday December 13, 2020 in the loving presence of his family. He was a great fan of country music, Conway Twitty in particular. He was a man of many loves and interest, a few of which were wrestling, bowling, bingo, spending time with his many friends and arguing with Bobby over football. Most of all, he loved taking care of his fur baby, “Miss Prissy”. Larry will be remembered for enjoying everything about life. He is preceded in death by his mother, Dessie Brinkley and his father, Mack Sutton; step-father, Pete Finchum; sisters, Marie Johnson, Brenda Williamson, Mary Shetters, Rosa Owens and Elizabeth Myers; brothers, Tom James, Mack, Jimmy and Roy Sutton. He is survived by his sisters, Emma (Bobby) Isbell of Winchester and Cynthia (Junior) Nelson also of Winchester. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. He will be greatly missed by his many friends at New Life. The family will receive friends at Watson-North Funeral Home on Tuesday December 15, 2020 between the hours of 5 and 8 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday December 16 from the Roy B. Watson Chapel of Watson-North Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mr. Garner Cemetery in Decherd. Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Sutton, Roy Sutton, Jeremy Myers, Jake Shetters, Jim Holtsclaw and Junior Nelson.
