Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Judy Elaine Smith White, age 74 of Manchester. Ms. White passed from this life on the afternoon of April 15, 2020. A native of Harvey, Illinois, she and her family came to Franklin County in the early 1970’s where she attended Liberty School. After she married she was a full-time homemaker. With her kind and gentle spirit, she instilled in her children the core values of honesty, devotion to family and God. She attended Lexie Cross Roads Baptist Church until her health began to fail. Ms. White loved gospel music and had the voice of an angel and used it to sing praises to her Lord and Savior. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Frank White; son, Jeffrey White; grandson, Ace White; mother, Ruthie Jane Clark; sisters, Brenda Porter and Wanda Smith; brother, Tim Smith, Sr. She is survived by her husband, Kenner Ensey of Manchester; daughter, Katherine Sue (Dennis) York of Hillsboro; sons, Edward (Becky) White of Morrison and Harold (Rhonda) White of Manchester; father, Rev. Leo Smith, Sr. of Belvidere; sisters, Janet Smith, Melody (Frank) Brown and Cindy (Ray) Jackson all of Belvidere; brothers, Leo (Peggy) Smith, Jr of Belvidere and Jerry (Brenda) Smith of Tullahoma; 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and a host of numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Visitation, Saturday, April 18, 2020 between the hours of 11:00am and 8:00pm at Watson-North Funeral Home and Sunday, April 19, 2020 between the hours of 10:00am and 2:00pm.
