Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Mr. James Clifton Sells, age 75 of Pelham.  Mr. Sells was a native of Franklin County and a 1961 graduate of Franklin County High School.  He was retired from Carrier Corporation of Morrison.  Mr. Sells was a man of varied interests including an avid deer hunter, working out, tending his cattle and driving fast cars.  He was called by God to be a Bible teacher, gifted songwriter and  singer which ministered to many.  He was a member of the Pentecostal Church of Jesus in Winchester Springs.  Mr. Sells is preceded in death by his wife of 31 years, Leah Meeks Sells; his Mother, Allene Sells; father, Elbert Sells and grandson, Jordan Turner.  He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memory, daughter and son-in-law, Debbie & Mark Turner of Winchester Springs; son & daughter-in-law, Jeff and Fanny Sells of Pelham; granddaughter, Whitney Turner also of Winchester Springs; brother and late sister-in-law, George & Carolyn Sells of Decherd; brother and sister-in-law, Edwin & Norma Sells of Winchester Springs; sisters, Allene (Chris) Davison of Decherd and Janice (Bill) Davis of Winchester; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.  The family will receive friends Tuesday March 13, 2018 between the hours of 5 and 8 p.m. at Watson-North Funeral Home.  The funeral ceremony will be conducted from the Roy B. Watson Chapel of Watson-North Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Wednesday March 14, 2018 with Mark Turner and Mike Partin officiating.  Interment will follow at Warren Cemetery with Edwin Sells, George Sells, Quinton Partin, Jimmy Goodman, Butch Goodman and Chris Davison serving as pallbearers.
