Claude Partin Rowe

January 3, 1939 ~ March 16, 2018 (age 79)

Claude was the third child and first son born to his beloved parents, Anna Belle and Johnny Rowe in Decherd, Tennessee on January 3, 1939.

As a small child, Claude contracted Spinal Meningitis and eventually battled back stronger than ever.  He wanted to serve his country but was turned away two weeks into basic training when they discovered he was only 15 years old!

He graduated Southern Academy of Clinical Technology,  attended Pinkerton Detective Agency in Nashville and shortly then after moved to Michigan where he worked many years at Federal Department Store and later enjoyed a long career with Job Corps for both Tennessee and Michigan.

Charming and warm.  Always impeccably dressed from head to toe, Claude liked nice things but cherished his relationships with family and friends above all.  He was a quick wit who never met a stranger and always made a lasting impression.

Remember him fondly; shooting pool, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, or laughing and smiling while telling a well-crafted tall tale.

Claude will be missed but lovingly remembered by his long-time best friend and Fiancée, Ms. Birdie Greene. Please hold the entire Rowe family and the Greene family in your prayers.
